MOST FUSTRATING PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH!!!

I have never been so frustrated with a company like with webafrica! somehow all my contact details were changed ON THEIR SIDE! no one CAN pick up my profile with the CORRECT DETAILS. The agents on what's app has been asked to UPDATE MY DETAILS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!!!! again this morning asked to CORRECT MY DETAILS they can't 'THE SYSTEM CANNOT CHANGE MY DETAILS' everytime I need assistance I must GIVE INCORRECT INFO to get assistance. A MANAGER MUST CALL ME TODAY.
