Most frustrating customer service!

This has been the worst "onboarding of a new customer" experience ever! The initial ordering online was seamless. My new router was delivered a few days later. And that was it. 3 weeks later I am still not connected and struggling with their ridiculous Whatsapp communication. The painful wait for their response is a clear sign that this is not the internet SERVICE provider I need in my life.
