MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER!!!!!

It's a pity Hello Peter doesn't allow for a zero rating because that is what WebAfrica deserves!! Most disgusting service I have ever experienced!!

Firstly they never fixed my connection issue, the entire time I had the contract.

Now they are sending me from pillar to post to cancel the useless account! You cannot contact customer services anywhere except on WhatsApp and good luck getting anything except, "we will escalate the issue."

Almost 3 months later and I still have not had my cancellation processed.

I am reporting the completely ********** business practices to the Ombudsman because WebAfrica violates multiple aspects of the consumer protection act!

BE WARNED; WEBAFRICA IS A DISASTER & SIGNING UP WITH THEM IS A HUGE MISTAKE!!!
