Most bad (as) service provider

For the last 2 months I'm using webafrica's service the most poorest service I ever seen first month R19.00 second month R275'00 third month R399'00 I'm having no wifi connection at home for two days day's now they have a power outage somewhere that's affecting my WiFi connection at home there consultants are rude when calling their sales numbers. it's the second time I'm having problems with them they moved my router the first time from their network now this problem no wifi for two days but will have to pay full monthly subscription fee
