Most Appalling service from WebAfrica, *********** and big ****s

I am appalled to have an account with a company or ISPN that is so ***********. I have an issue where my lease on my IP address was expired according to the agents that are supposedly experts in their field. 3 days later I am still with out internet. The useless, *********** agents keep telling me they refreshed the line and IP address, ya right, my internet is still not working, 3 days behind on my work. How disgusting of a big company like yours that you can't even solve a minor problem like this. My email on my account is ***. You at Web Africa can go check it out. Maybe you will do something right for a change. Always in a hurry for your payment on time, but lack the ability to service your clients. This is the most appalling service I received so far.
