More than just pathetic service. Do not even consider Webafrica!

Worst service ever, or at least no service at all. I cancelled my service during July and was told to wait a 30-day waiting period and that the service will come to an end on 1 September. During this time, I decided to reverse my cancellation, but yesterday my fibre line went offline (on the 31st of August) being stuck without no internet. After hours of trying to call and being sent from one person to the other on the WhatsApp platform, I was told my line has been cancelled with FrogFoot although my service still shows active on the website. After asking that my service be cancelled once and for all and my line immediately be released so I can change to somebody else (seeing then I’ve already waited out my cancellation period), I am being flat out ignored and just being transferred from one person from the other. This after having to hold one and a half hours to speak to someone! More than just pathetic service.
