Money taken out of our account *******ly!

As so many have said - they do not deserve even one star! Been trying to get over R10000 back from them that they took off for an extra internet connection on our account for over a year! I have called, emailed & even driven into their office on 4th July to meet & discuss, & they agreed the whole issue with me & admitted their error. Now, 7 weeks later & I am still struggling to get the money back! They just ignore emails & never call back. I'm ready to go there & bash the MD's door down! Disgusting service, & I use the term 'service' only because there is no other word to use. Will never touch these people again!!!!
