Money taken from my bank account, without authorization

R 999.00 has just been ****** from my account by Webafrica from my bank account. I call it ****** because it was not authorized by me. Their router was collected, by a courier, which they assigned. Their service is pathetic, on all levels. Their staff on this stupid Bot chat line are misinformed, *********** and always lying in their responses to one. I have requested a refund and if they ignore my email, as they normally do, I will be taking legal action against them. Please don’t ever make use of their services, you’ll regret signing up with them.
