Money taken but service is canceled

I am very disappointed with your service. On the 1st of March my debit declined however I did transfer money for the debit to go through. The debit went through however your agents say money was not received while in my account I don't have R399 that you claim was not taken. I have sent through statements showing the money taken, now I find myself with no service (canceled) and no R399 in my account. The most frustrating thing is you can't even speak to someone who knows how to read a statement cause everyone sees the declines but not the R399 that was taken.. After waiting for days even the agent you get will be a waste really.. I just want my money and you can keep your useless service to yourself.
