Money grabber

I advised my mom to install WiFi at her home via Vuma however they referred her to this heartless company . Due to unforeseen financial problems after uploading the FICA documentation .We could only managed to cancel the contract via the sales person the following day because we were unable to get hold of them through the chat. The following day my mom received an sms advising her to make the connection/delivery fee of R249.00 however before contacting the company we wanted to retrieve the chats as proof to our surprise they were removed. We have not being able to get hold of the company twice leaving our contact numbers . Our chats have been closed without using other avenues to reach us .My mom's account has been debited with the connection/delivery fee mount R249.00 which bounced due to insufficient funds and the bank charged her for the debit order bouncing and the new amount is R299.00 on the Invoice . Even today we tried getting hold of the company we on hold.
