Money First | Training Issue | No Internet | Where is first line support?

I now understand why this company has a 2.1-star rating—it’s as shocking as their service and communication. I honestly wonder whose “brilliant” idea it was to use WhatsApp for technical issues, yet it seems we have to train their staff ourselves.

A call was logged on Saturday, 21 March 2026, and for the entire week we had to chase them for feedback. The standard response was always “24 to 72 hours.” Eventually, it was escalated to OpenServe, and we were promised it would be resolved in 24 hours. Today is 27 March 2026—that’s an unacceptable SLA.

Monthly payments are made on time, yet there’s no service. I need this resolved immediately. At this point, I’m requesting a refund. Reference: #386625

The response from the live chat wasn't helpful. I was given the standard response which is system generated "in-progress" which doesn't help me at all. What is the ref for OpenServe? Why was it only logged on Wednesday?

Hi Makabongwe,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive generic “in-progress” updates without clear information, especially when you’re trying to track the progress of your fault.
To provide clarity, your initial Openserve reference was 60ARK210326. This was later closed by Openserve, and a new reference 108ARK250326 was logged to continue addressing the issue.
Our team that manages Openserve line faults is actively following up on your case as it progresses. They will provide you with updates via SMS as soon as there is any feedback from Openserve.
We appreciate your patience while the team works on resolving this for you. If you would like us to check in further or provide additional updates, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter and we will gladly assist.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
