Missing deadline

Webafrica was tasked to update my company website.<br> Mandate was given in 2015 already and i was advised to change entire website instead of step by step changes.<br> Since January no work has been done on my website.<br> Their invoice comes on time and is deducted duly from my bank account but zero on their services.<br> APPAULING!
