MISLEADING & SUB-STANDARD SERVICES FROM WEB AFRICA

Being an existing customer, I recently purchased a 2nd fiber line from Web Africa. Thinking that I received relatively good service upon ordering the 1st fiber line, I was **** to by the service received recently. I purchased a 500MB line and only receiving less than 100MB line speeds. I spoke to 2 agents over 2 days, still not receiving the expected service and later told that the router which the company offers does not support 500MB line speeds to home. I am rather furious as I made the intention to purchase a faster line mainly for work purposes, only to waste my work time to get to the bottom of the slow internet line issue and also being told that I need to get my own router if I want to receive 500MB internet line speeds. Web Africa adverti*****ts are blatantly false and misleading and I will make sure every existing and potential (future) customers are made aware of this sub-standard & misleading services this company renders. I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the service received to date, my confidence in Web Africa is DEAD!!!
