Misleading & *****

Had a service for more than a year with them. Part of advertising was that after a year you don't need to return the router. I rented out my property about 2 years after initial contract to new tenants who installed a new higher MB line and technician refused to take old router back. Webafrica decided to deduct R999 from me for the old router? How does that work? Won't answer emails and Whatsapp agent just says router not returned. Also for management! Since when can a technician install a router and not take old one back? MISLEADING & *****!
