Misleading Customers for Payments

I didn't realize how messed up, our service providers are. Web Africa advertise for Fibre packages, after all the checks and more checks that our suburb and estate is fibre ready we were asked to make payments, only once the payment was done then we get told our estate is not Fibre ready but neighbors have the connections through othe ISP using vuka lines.

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR MONEY PAID FOR SERVICES THAT YOU REALISE YOU CANT PROVIDE!!!!
