Misleading Adverti*****t with unsatisfactory customer service

Am having the most frustrating Experience with their WhatsApp support line am being transferred from one agent to the next its now 6 in total and they all sim to be unhelpful with my query, I changed from LTE to the R399 promo frogfoot uncapped fiber for a year which is still advertised on their website, this is my first full month on the promo and am being billed R599 already , this level of inefficiency is unacceptable to your clients , I think I made the wrong decision to upgrade with your fiber am jumping ship to your competition...….
