Misleading adverti*****t

I am a new customer of web africa My service is installed already, i app**** the 6 february 2024 and my line was only switched on and finalised the 27 february, acording to your advert if it takes longer that 14 days to finalise and install the line you will pay the client R999, my line took 21days. Everyday they have a different excuse when i contact them to sort this out. Always a run around. On their advert it says if your installation takes longer than 14 days they will pay you R999.
