Misleading Advertising, Unauthorised charges, Extremely poor service

Firstly my order was placed with the wrong fibre supplier which lead to numerous phone calls with promises for call bacos that never happened until I finally got to someone that assisted me on day 43. He saw the error and corrected it and I will admit, he has on the ball with sorting it out. The I got charged the day after my fibre became active. I was supposed to get 2 months free. I called them and was told it's because I signed up on the 5th of April. Due to their mistake with the service provider I had to select a different package in April, but I was assured that they would apply the 2 mont h free promo to it because of their initial mistake. This off course didn't happen and I had to call them. I was offered a call back, which I refused as they never call back when they say they will and I wqs put on hold. Eventually I got my initial charge refunded and was told they app**** the credits to ky account for April and May (they 2 free months). However my fibre became active on 13 April, with means I only get 1.5 months free... I might be petty, but 1.5 and 2 is jot the same thing...

Don't use them.

Their after sale's service is terrible, they won't call you back and don't even try emailing their customer support address on the website.
