I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with WebAfrica's WiFi service. I signed up after seeing their Facebook ad advertising uncapped WiFi for R249/month. However, what they didn't disclose was an additional R249 delivery fee.

When I spoke to their agent on Feb 24th, they confirmed the R249 price and told me to pay by March 1st. But when they debited my account, I was shocked to see a total of R663 deducted. This included:

- R249 delivery fee (not disclosed in the ad) - R45 data usage for the remainder of February - R50 debit order bounce penalty - R319 WiFi fee (instead of the advertised R249)

I'm unhappy with the misleading advertising and the unexpected charges. I hope WebAfrica takes responsibility for their mistakes and refunds the excess amount.
