Misleading advert for Evotel promo and installation of R2415 charged on 200/200 uncapped package!

I signed up for the Evotel fibre promotion R999 pm 200/200mb uncapped; although I'm already a Webafrica customer, previously with Vumatel fibre. I'm shocked that I was charged and debited R2415 installation fee when clearly the advert states "Please note that on the 10/2 mbps line you will be required to cover the R2415 installation fee." Clearly this is not the same as the package I signed up for. I'm shocked that R2415 is for installation when all the technician had to do was bring and set-up the Evotel white router. I'm already using the Zyxel router provided by Webafrica a while ago too. Please justify the amount?
