misleading

i called them lastnight spoke to Cecil advised him my problem he advised he will call first thing morning at 8am and transfer me to billing etc, waiting now it now 9.30am stiill no call i have waited almos 30 minutes on call no one taking calls and that sil voice operated system they have is lying says for instant replies try the whatspp line i sent a request and yes 35 mins no reply beside beside a silly bot someome call me ASAP account AYU004
