Misallocation of Data

Really disappointed with the service this month. I pay for the 90+90 gb LTE package. However just yesterday I got a notification showing me my I have 1gb left. While my data usage tracker shows me I have used 83gb this month, accounting for both Night time usage and day time. My usage tracker is always accurate.

Clearly there was a misallocation and I have been inconvenienced by being forced to top up and spend more than I should this month! Really disappointed with the service as I have been a loyal customer!
