Mickey Mouse Club House...

I've had the worst experience with WebAfrica since I first used them as a service provider for Vumatel. They emailed me the incorrect pin code to use when renewing my monthly subscription. When I ask for help with reconnection, I get this ridiculous robot messaging system that is as useless as their trash adverti*****ts that mislead us about their services. How are they unable to create a properly functional call center where customers may receive actual assistance, as other companies do? I was never reconnected until now, and I am dissatisfied with how they organize their Mickey Mouse Club.
