Messed up company

If it would be A -5 star that would be my rate. This company is a total mess. Poor service poor communication and they lack accountability and acknowledgement. I hate the fact I’m stuck with them though if i could change I would but for now I’m just their prisoner because I’m with them and It’s not by choice.
