On 1 December 2023 was told I will be installed after I had told the agent that I live in a complex that doesn’t fibre, after I made the payment of R529 I was called by a lady saying since we don’t have fibre I will be not installed, I’ve been asking for my refund since then, I was told it’ll take 10-12 business days on 8.12.2023, the WhatsApp agents are so useless, they’ve been lying to me since then, I want my money back, you will not **** me please

09 Jan 2024, 12:39What I’m not getting is that why would you take this long to return my money, I was misled into believing I’ll get this service, this is so pathetic even the WhatsApp agents don’t know what they are doing, I’m so disappointed
