These ****en people are ****mers!!!! We cancelled this **** before we had any access to their internet and to this day they are still deducting money REFUSING to refund, when you call the agent rudely transfer you to billing KNOWING no one will assist there because you stay on hold for 1 HOUR!!!!! Oratile refusing to refund my money according to her “team” I have already submitted a complaint at the ombudsman PREPARE YOURSELF!!!!
