****mers of Note!!! No way of cancelling their service and they keeep debiting your account!!!! Traumatised!

This service provider is a ****mer of note! First of all, when you try and contact them (which is only through a chat), they have a standard answer that there is an outage in your area any given day. Secondly, you have no way of cancelling their service. if you log into their website, the cancel button does not work, it forces you to choose from options where they will continue to be your service provider. Contacting them through the chat option doesn't help either because service cancellation is not an option there either. On the whatsapp chat, you either get a chatbot that sends you the same response for days on end. When you finally get an agent and you mention cancelling, you are subjected to a third-degree line of questioning about your reasons and other people who can take over your service and then the agent tells you to wait while they transfer you to someone else. Then your chat is automatically ended because wait for it.... You have been idle for too long. Then you have to endure the chatbot again. To say the service is ********** is an understatement!
