The worst service ever....I cancelled my subscription, returned the router, got a deduction R509 from my account after having received the cancellation email, queried the deducted amount and was told its a cancellation fee...Okay sure i let that be. Now again i got deducted another amount of R1500 and when querying i kept getting the run around. Can i please just have my money back as this is frustrating.
