Pathetic service,

3 weeks a called in for fibre I was told upto 7 days for installation, 3 weeks has passed and I haven't received any contact or update as to why it is not installed. They have debited my account for the full amount with no services installed. I'm totally ****ed off , the WhatsApp chat takes 2 days for a reply , when you call in there's no assistance the call is dropped or they getting someone to contact you which never happens . I need answers
