I am on day 4 th day without internet. My router is flashing a red light . I informed Webafrica but nobody bothers to sssist me . Right now I feel ****** - I pay every month but they don’t render the service . My kids can’t watch TV or use ther Ipads for 4 days . The worst part is that you can only get support via watsapp and you get assisted by robots , thereafter assistant who don’t even know what they are doing will respond after 15;30 minutes and telll you oh I am sorry this happened to you then open the fault ticket . When you chat again the next day another assistant will open a ticket again . Runaway from this ******* Company
