Recently an email was sent out by Webafrica indicating that prices will increase due to vat increase which it did not happen yet you still went ahead and hiked prices, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for days, today I waited all day trying to chat to an agent but the chat never started, it seems like you doing this deliberately because you know people want to cancel due to your poor service, I suggest you contact me I want to cancel my subscription you can’t force me to remain a customer
