I am absolutely horrified with the service ( or lack there of) from this company. 9 days with no resolution and spending time chatting on their chat function and everyday is the same lies been spewed that my ticket has been escalated ( how many times can 1 thing be escalated). Absolutely no regard for providing any service just happy to take our monies. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS for your own sanity.
