I took out a month to month contract with Webafrica ,service provide Zoom Fibre.My premium went up from 399 to 549 when I had a chat with their agents they said that's my premium they never had R399 packages, what's the name of the agent who signed me up(incompetence) canceled my contract. Returned router as per their emails.Nology confirmed receipt of router.The company they said I should return it to However as per Webafrica they still have not received it, sent waybill.they tried debiting R3200 and they said they will keep debating me but you received your router ****** ****mers.even with network issues you take forever to resolve.
