This is for Sean Nourse to close shop. ****mers robbing customers their hard earned money and blocking them. I hope you can assist me. I have been sent from pillar to post by your Webafrica regarding a refund I want. I paid R439 on 5 September 2025 and was promised a call for installation arrangement. To my surprise I received notification that my service is active with no installation. I have since contacted Vuma directly and they told me Khayelitsha is not serviced at all due to crime. I requested a refund from Webafrica and have since been blocked on WhatsApp and my calls get dropped every time I call. I kindly requested that my hard earned money is returned to me ASAp
