Mediocre Service

The service that I got from this guys is nowhere near being good . I ordered fibre from this guys on the 08.08.2020 , The installation was done on 14.08.2020 by the guys from VUMA here in Dobsonville and said that my line activation will take about 2 hours tops , It is the 21st of August 2020 my status is still showing as pending and I try and contact them and their Whatsapp live feed agents seem clueless and keep on transffering me from agent to agent they seem *********** in their work and they end up tranferring until there is no one assisting you .
