I created an order with WebAfrica on the 25th July and my order got cancelled without my knowledge and now they are refusing to refund me my money. I have been trying to reach out to them regarding my refund for the past 3 weeks and everyday I get different stories from the customer support team. I even went as far as sending Lyle Parenzee for assistance and sent an email to their CEO who also ignored me. I have spoken to several people and none of them assisted all they do is transferring me from one department to another, even when you request for a manager to contact you no one does. Bonolo the last agent that I spoke to now told me they cannot assist me and closed the chat. I will now mark this as ***** with my bank and I have all the proof that there’s nothing I did not try.
