Making it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel!

I have tried to chat on Whatsapp, Email, and phone, with ABSOLUTELY no assistance. Your Whatsapp bot is not responding AT ALL, no email accounts work anymore, and when phoning the 0860 number I get told they cannot help me. I am trying to cancel my service as I am moving to a new area with no fibre coverage. Please get someone to contact me urgently! This is ridiculous.
