Mad as hell

I feel am highly disappointed and disrespect by webafrica as a service provider and worse consultant's, i app**** for fibre all was well had coverage in my area so i made payment vumatel people came and told me that they can't install for my because im a bit far from the black box that they pull from and then told me it not a trainsmash they will give feedback to webafrica so that the can give instruction to dig further,it was meant to take about a week they said but no one contacted me i had to contact them via WhatsApp which is the only option to reach then and you get agents that lie and dont even read the previous conversations then just reply.so i had to cancel my fibre order after they finally told me it was impossible for me to get the fibre though my neighbours have it now im struggling to get my refund back i was told it 7 working days then went on to being told it 14 days for refund but today i just was told it takes 2 months to refund
