LTE, wifi

I've heard people complaining over load shedding but webafrica services are worst than loadshedding. I have asked them to laod my wifi payment over 2months! Instead a genius consultant whom you wait for over 1hour in their WhatsApp responded with LTE and the payment won't through. Now they can't even di***** that LTE because their rica process is ****. Honestly I'm fed up with webafrica and it's no different from the governing party. They only good for acknowledging complaints, open ticket and never solve the problem
