LTE SPEEDS (ISP-WebAfrica) Speeds inconsistent

Lte speeds are very inconsisitent,dont understand how speeds can range from 40mgbs in the morning to below 1mgbs in the evening.Please can this matter be resolved,R1069 P/M for bad internet.Dissapointing.
