LTE sim not connected 72hours + later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spoken to countless agents and they are all giving me different stories, and excuses as to why the LTE sim is not connected. It should have been on by latest this morning, and now i am told i must wait another 24 hours, just for them to give me the same excuses tomorrow. I want this sorted out now. Please get this sorted out now. i have wasted hours to get something to work, that should have been working in the first place. this is ridiculous.
