LTE service still not active after a week!!!!

This has been the worst experience I have had with WebAfrica ever. My LTE sim was delivered on Tuesday and I have been struggling with service activation the whole week. Everytime I seek assistance over chats I keep getting told that the should be active in 24 hours or get told that I am being transferred to the "Provisioning Department" and never hear a response after that......what a waste of time
