LTE service not setup for two weeks

I ordered LTE that was delivered two weeks ago and it still hasn't been setup. I have been trying ti chat to agents on Whatsapp for a week and I still haven't been assisted but the debit order has gone through. This negatively impacting my business and I can't even call and speak to an agent as they have no call centre. Horrible service
