LTE internet extremely slow

Got LTE rooter 3 months ago and worked fine, good download speed, 25-50mbps until december 2017.

The rooter is on full green bars, ping at 60mbps and only getting 1-2mbps download since december 2017.

I have mailed them several times and showed screen shots of problem to no resolve. I have asked them to contact me to no avail. I am only getting automated responses with no real direct diagnostic of the issue.

My conclusion is they have oversold the product and now I have to deal with contingency issues, sharing a tower that cannot carry the load of it's users.

I want the product to produce what it use to, I want the product to give me the same speeds I use to get when I bought it. If not, I want to cancel without penalty.

We hear you, and we're here for you. Please supply your client code so that we can submit your issue to technical support. We will make sure someone calls you back to trouble shoot your slow LTE speeds.

Tonight again my internet is stuck on 0.5 mbps second with every single device using internet switched off, I tried moving the LTE rooter somewhere else to no avail. We also work in the tech industry and it is obvious that the network is overflooded. The amount of people sharing this RAIN network has clearly been oversold to a point where none of the users are getting lightning speeds anymore. I have given up on the idea that this will be resolved, it is just getting worse everyday! That being said I just want to cancel this service right now! I don't want any further discussions, they can have their useless rooter and network, I want a refund for december! And January! I refuse to pay R799 for 0.5mbps! This is bull****!!!!!!!
