LTE delivery bad service

On the 24th I ordered an LTE router with sim which was expected to arrive within 3 to 5 days as per their eta online and on the 28th they got back to me asking me to reupload my ID copy for Rica purposes, which I then sent back to them and on the 29th they again came back to me now requesting proof of res again and I again sent it then on the 30th they ask me for my ID again and to date I haven't received the router and nothing is done about it and I ended up requesting a refund but they didn't bother responding back
