We would like to assure you that this is not the level of service that we are accustomed too and therefore would like to thank you for your patience.
Please be advised there is currently a Nationwide Outage on the LTE RAIN Network. No estimated timeframes were provided from the RAIN netwrok team, however we were advised that they are working on the matter to get it up and running in no time.
My apologies once again for the inconvenience
