Loyalty doesn't pay

20/20 Fibre connection as a new customer = R829 p/m 20/20 Fibre connection as an existing customer = R979 p/m

When I enquired about this the answer is plain and simple: For new business only.

I find it shocking that you treat your loyal existing customers this way and only focus on chasing new business.
