low upload speeds, cant be fixed.

I have low upload speeds of less than 1 mbps. Yet they advertise it as up to 20 Mbps. the download speed is fine. When you email or call they send you the wrong settings for an LTZE router. Other agents say send an email to support and you never hear from them. The problem cant seemed to be fixed. false advertising.
