Low customer service

I'm so disappointed on webafrica they're customer service is lacking I made a payment two days ago even today I haven't been connected to the internet, on they're website they claim that if you pay now you'll get connected in an hour's time, it's a lie. The provision department on WhatsApp states that they work 8am to 5pm on weekends not even one consultant connected to me the whole day.
