Lost of Signal fault Webafrica

This is the poorest of service I have ever come across. There was an outage in our area Bluedowns feom 7am the 8/05/2023 . We never received notice about the outage. When I logged a call on Tuesday morning I got a call logged reference number #132718. It's today 11/05/2023 my fault reporting was close on yesterday 10/05/2023 without a call from there customer care if my service has been restored or resolved. I went on there whatsapp number since yesterday to get my connection sorted there is absolutely no assistance on there. I called there sales department for assistance and was told someone will call me it's 10h38 and not one call. This is the type of service and from a loyal customer. Thanks Ricardo
